There is more than one things to enjoy things in life. It's not all one thing a big steps, there are many methods, some healthy some not. Some don't work some people and some do. Some people like to talk about their problems to other people. Therapy will be helpful to those people because you can tell them all you want and it wont be revealed. I went to it and it really helped to talk to someone. Being preasant is where you don't think about the future or the past only thinking about now.
